Q. How can I confirm my booking? |

A. Once you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation
number via e-mail. |

Q. How will I be received at an airport location? |
|
|
A. You will have 2 options: |
|
|
|
|
|
1. Curbside should you wish to be picked up just
outside of the baggage claim area, please call us when you
are ready to go with your luggage in hand. The vehicle will
display flashing hazard lights & will arrive within a few
minutes of your call. |

|
|
|
|
2. Meet & Greet for baggage area pick up, the
driver will meet you at the baggage carousel with your name
on a placard.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Q. Do you check the status of my flight? |
|
|
A. Yes. Our dispatchers check your flight for actual arrival
time. As long as your flight number doesnt change, we will know
about your flight delays. |
|
|
|
|
|
Q. If my flight number changes, do I have to let you
know? |
|
|
A. Yes. We would definitely need to know your new flight number
& arrival time. Please call Dispatch at 1-800-454-2889. |

|
|
|
Q. Is it more expensive to get picked up from an airport? |
|
|
A. Yes. Simply because it takes more time, you'll pay
slightly more. We will monitor flights constantly and check
for new arrival times. For airport pick up there may also be
associated fees such as parking, while you may not have
those fees when going to the airport. |

Q. What are the prices of your services? |
|
|
A. All of our vehicles are made available to you on a
pre-arranged basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The pricing
depends on the type of service & vehicle you choose. |

Q. Do you offer group discounts or corporate accounts? |
|
|
A. Yes. You may contact the office during normal business hours
at 954-475-0651. |

Q. How can I open an account with Imperial Transportation &
what are the advantages? |
|
|
A. You can open an account as a guest or as a corporate
representative for your firm. You will be assigned an account
number at this time. |
|
|
|
|
|
You can manage your entire account online including convenient
booking, adding guests to your account, updating your account
information, viewing your trip history, managing your stored
addresses and locations, as well as viewing invoices and
payments. We keep all of your information confidential & on
file. This saves time when booking future trips! |

Q. Do I have to pay for parking fees or other incidental
fees? |
|
|
A. You are responsible for any additional fees including but not
limited to parking, tolls, or any other additional costs or
special services that you may request. |

Q. How far in advance do I need to book? |
|
|
A. We prefer at least 24 hour notice via an online booking. For
same day requests or last minute trips, please call us at
1-800-454-2889 so we can accommodate your needs. |

Q. What type of payments do you accept? |
|
|
A. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and
Discover. We can also provide direct billing for larger
corporate accounts. |

|
|
|
Q. Can I pay by check, money order, travelers check or
guaranteed funds? If so, how? |
|
|
A. These forms of payment must be received no later than 15 days
prior to the departure date. They may be mailed to: |

Returns & Cancellation
Information |

Q. What is the return/cancellation policy? |
|
|
A. For point to point transfers, you must cancel within 2 hours
to avoid being charged full price for your trip. |
|
|
|
|
|
For hourly or chartered jobs, a 25% non-refundable deposit is
required to hold your vehicle. If you cancel with less than 14
days notice, the full contract price will be charged. |
